Wholesale T&Cs
1. Minimum Order Value
Feel Good Supplies has a minimum order value (MOV) of £65 plus postage. The products can be split into any quantity, as long as the total value amounts to £65.
2. How to place order
- Browse the items on site and checkout once you have a basket that totals £65 or more.
- Once you have submitted your order, we will provide a confirmation email, order and invoice number.
- Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items.
3. MSRP
Products or goods purchased from Feel Good Supplies should only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 30% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 30% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Feel Good Supplies main contact email (info@feelgoodsupplies.co).
4. Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP pounds (£) and exclude shipping costs. We will cover 100% of the shipping costs for any orders over £200. We cover the cost of postal insurance for any shipments through a courier.
5. Returns
Feel Good Supplies does not accept returns on items. Please see section 8 for damages and defects information.
6. Payments
Feel Good Supplies accept credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express)
as well as EFT payments.
All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.
If paying via Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT), please email us through remittance receipt as proof of payment.
7. Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping charges will be calculated once orders have been received. All orders are shipped with a courier and confirmation emails and tracking details will be provided.
8. Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Feel Good Supplies at info@feelgoodsupplies.co within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
9. Delivery Window
Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact Gemma for further information.
